A 35,836 SF competition gymnasium was completed with a 600 fixed-seat occupancy. With four levels, the gymnasium holds weight rooms, locker rooms, coaches’ offices, concessions, and restrooms all surrounded by a concourse area with a film deck. Savings on the project were used to add an additional concrete parking lot.
