As their existing facilities began to approach the end of their life cycle, Cushing ISD hired CoxJones as their Construction Managers to oversee the multi-phased, multi-year project of new construction and renovations of the existing buildings. With the district and the architects, CoxJones worked through numerous design and master plan iterations, providing input on constructability and materials to get the total scope of work into budget. Comprised mainly of pre-engineered metal building structures, all construction work was coordinated while the district maintained operations for students and staff. Over the course of the project, CoxJones provided savings of 2.9%.
