CoxJones was selected as the general contractor for the Office Addition and Shop Building. Due to budget constraints, the project was designed to be completed in two separate phases, as funds allowed. Phase I was the construction of an 8,000 square-foot shop building and Phase II was the construction of the Administration areas. Second Floor mezzanines were also included.
