Completed in 2013, the new clinic includes exam, treatment and dental rooms, offices for Prevention Specialists and Case Managers, a conference room, executive office, a chapel/exercise room and separate waiting areas. Since its initial completion, Health Horizons has contracted with CoxJones for additional phases of expansion to add capacity at multiple buildings.
